Former Resident Scholar Michael N. McGregor returns as a Visiting Author, September 22 – 25 September 9, 2015 By Collegeville Institute Leave a Comment Michael N. McGregor will be coming to the Collegeville Institute this fall as a Visiting Author. Michael is a former Collegeville Institute resident scholar who currently teaches in the Department of English at Portland State University. For the past four years he has served as the writing coach for the Apart and Yet a Part writing workshop. His book, Pure Act: The Uncommon Life of Robert Lax will be published on September 21, 2015, and Michael will be on campus September 22-25 for a number of events, including an author reading and book discussion, and a CSB/SJU faculty Brown-bag Lunch and Learn titled, “Three Things You Need to Know if You’re an Academic and Want to Write for a Broader Audience.” Like this post?
