Fellows Program Bringing together groups of gifted Minnesota faith leaders, the Collegeville Institute Fellows programs focus on leadership development with the goal of strengthening religious leaders’ sense of themselves as civic leaders and public theologians. By connecting faith leaders to professionals from other sectors of Minnesota society (in education, business, health care, criminal justice, and social services) these programs aim to foster a vision of religious leadership for the good of Minnesota, for the good of our faith communities, and for a common good greater than both.
