Bringing together groups of gifted Minnesota faith leaders, the Collegeville Institute Fellows programs focus on leadership development with the goal of strengthening religious leaders’ sense of themselves as civic leaders and public theologians.
By connecting faith leaders to professionals from other sectors of Minnesota society (in education, business, health care, criminal justice, and social services) these programs aim to foster a vision of religious leadership for the good of Minnesota, for the good of our faith communities, and for a common good greater than both.

The Rural Minnesota Fellows Program has made final selections for its initial cohort, which will begin in October 2017 and end in July 2019.
The Multi-Religious Fellows Program, which will convene its first meeting in November 2017, is currently screening applications for its initial cohort.
The Twin Cities Fellows Program began in 2013 and ended in July 2017, hosting two cohorts of Twin Cities faith leaders.
