Resident Scholars Share Gratitude at Holiday Party December 14, 2016 By Collegeville Institute 1 Comment The Collegeville Institute Resident Scholars community celebrated both the end-of-the-semester and the Christmas Holiday on the evening of December 12, 2016. The resident scholars invited several guests from the CSB/SJU community as a way to thank those community members for the role each of them played in helping make the scholars’ residencies more memorable and enjoyable. The scholars thanked the community members for their hospitality and friendship. The group shared a meal and prayer together, sang songs, and exchanged silly gifts. Like this post? Dolores Schuh, CHM says December 30, 2018 at 11:20 am Brings back memories of the numerous holiday parties resident scholars had while I was working there (1974-2004). Some years, we had big potluck feasts; other years we ordered in pizza. At every occasion, we got to know each other a bit better before we bid our farewells to those leaving at the end of the fall semester. All very nostalgic. Reply
