Fr. Columba Stewart, OSB Two Collegeville Institute Resident Scholars and the Hill Museum & Manuscript Library (HMML) at Saint John’s University will be featured on the CBS news program 60 Minutes at 6 p.m. (CST), Sunday, Dec. 24. Fr. Najeeb Michaeel, OP, who was a Resident Scholar during the spring of 2013, and future 2018-19 Resident Scholar Fr. Columba Stewart, OSB, will be featured in this report. Fr. Najeeb Michaeel, OP 60 Minutes news correspondent, Lesley Stahl, interviewed Stewart and Michaeel in Iraq, where HMML is partnering with displaced Iraqi Christians to digitize thousands of manuscripts that document the region’s culture and history.
