An Update on the Executive Director Search March 8, 2021 By Collegeville Institute Leave a Comment Dear Friends of the Collegeville Institute, The search for our new Executive Director is progressing very well and on schedule. The Search Committee met most recently on Wednesday, March 3rd. At that meeting, the Committee selected a small group of qualified candidates whose background seem especially consistent with the experience and leadership attributes established for the search. These semi-final candidates have been invited to meet with the Search Committee for a preliminary virtual interview in mid-March. In the meantime, Committee members are also interviewing the references for these candidates. Following the completion of the preliminary interviews, the Search Committee will select finalists who will be asked to participate in a second round of interviews. Although it is our hope that these interviews will be able to occur in person, current Covid requirements will dictate how the interviews are conducted. These interviews will occur the week of April 5. We are pleased with the progress of our search and look forward to learning more about our advancing candidates. If you have any questions, please direct them to me at greierson@comcast.net or you may contact our AGB Search consultant: Dr. Loren Anderson loren.anderson@agbsearch.com. These conversations and any information you provide will be held in confidence. We will correspond again as soon as possible following the conclusion of our preliminary interviews with the semi-finalists. Thank you for your continued interest and support. Sincerely, Gary Reierson, Executive Director Search Committee Chair Collegeville Institute for Ecumenical and Cultural Research Like this post?
