The renovations to the Collegeville Institute’s historic facilities will maintain the original vision of renowned architect Marcel Breuer, but also to bring our facilities into the 21st-century.

Renovations: Phase One
The first phase, major apartment renovations of kitchens and bathrooms, is scheduled to be completed in late spring 2021.
Renovations: Phase Two
In the second phase of the renovation project, the 10 apartments oak parquet floors will be sanded and refinished; furniture will be replaced; and, appointments (lights, rugs, curtains, kitchen utensils, etc.) will be replaced.
Renovations: Phase Three
In the third phase, the Collegeville Institute’s meeting and office building, the Butler Center, will be renovated and made ADA accessible. At the same time one apartment (not fully renovated during phase 1) will also be made ADA accessible.
