Meditation Excerpt: Annunciation

What I want is still always the same, to change my life. Mary’s yes, after the archangel asked, his opulent shadows.

The heart wants more. Is not the work of praise / to amplify the good? The work of love / to swell to greater love within its gaze?

sacred / rivers etch lines / luminous as "kintsugi, / repair that does not / hide trauma but / trans- / forms...

"Here, late, middle, age, / the trees mean more / and the sky means more / and some of the people / I need to patch up with are dead."

Could it be that the heart’s attention / is more than electricity and muscle, / but embraces all the worlds in body / and in mind...
