Roger is associate professor of Christian spirituality and ministry at Pittsburgh Theological Seminary. He is the author of Abba, Give Me a Word: The Path of Spiritual Direction, What We Need Is Here: Practicing the Heart of Christian Spirituality and Ministry, Threshold of Discovery: A Field Guide to Spirituality in Midlife, and Everyday Contemplative: The Way of Prayerful Living. Roger participated most recently in the 2019 Collegeville Institute workshop Apart and Yet A Part with Michael McGregor.
