Mary Van Denend
Mary Van Denend has a background in the arts and is recently retired from non-profit work with people who have disabilities. She holds an MFA in Creative Writing from Seattle Pacific University and writes poetry and essays. In summer 2015 she participated in a poetry workshop with Michael Dennis Browne at the Collegeville Institute. She lives with her family in Oregon’s Willamette Valley.
