Lucy A. Forster-Smith
The Rev. Dr. Lucy Forster-Smith is Sedgwick Chaplain to the University and Senior Minister in the Memorial Church at Harvard University. She has spent her entire career as a Presbyterian Church (U.S.A) Teaching Elder ministering in settings of higher education. Prior to coming to Harvard she served the Chaplain and Associate Dean for Religious and Spiritual Life at Macalester College from 1994 - 2014. She is married to the Rev. Tom Forster-Smith, is mother of three children and one grandchild. Lucy was a short term resident scholar at the Collegeville Institute in the spring of 2011, and participated in writing workshops in 2010 and 2015.
