Betsy Johnson-Miller
Betsy Johnson-Miller formerly worked as Communications Associate with the Collegeville Institute. She has a B.A. in Religion and Communication from Concordia College in Moorhead, Minnesota, an M.A. in Theology from Austin Presbyterian Theological Seminary, and an M.F.A. in Poetry from Bennington College. She teaches English and Communication classes at the College of St. Benedict and St. John’s University, and Garrison Keillor has read two of her poems on The Writer’s Almanac. She has published two books of poetry, Rain When You Want Rain, and Fierce This Falling, and her writing has appeared in Portland, Gray’s Sporting Journal, Prairie Schooner, Boulevard, and Alaska Quarterly Review.
